Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website. It follows the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you request a quote we receive what you type into the form: your name and email address and, if you give them, your phone number, your school or organisation, the products you are interested in, an approximate quantity, your timeline and your message. We also record the date and time and the internet address the request came from, to protect the form from abuse.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and to prepare and deliver any order that follows. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who sees it

Our team and the systems that deliver your request to them. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your request and any order that follows, and then for the period Kenyan tax and contract law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Send the request through our contact form, choosing "Something else", and we will reply by email.
